Put a pacing plan on your race site
Your runners ask the same question every year: how should I actually run this course? This widget answers it on your own website. A runner enters a goal time and gets mile-by-mile splits built for your course — its distance, elevation, and typical race-morning weather — plus their training paces.
It's free, there's nothing to sign up for, and it stays on your site: no email capture, no popups, and we don't collect anything about your runners beyond an anonymous count of how many plans were built. See the privacy page for exactly what that means.

Notes
- The iframe resizes itself — the snippet includes the few lines that handle it.
- It inherits nothing from your site's CSS and won't interfere with your layout.
- Don't see your race, or is a detail wrong? Claim your listing and you can correct it yourself — that's free too.
