NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

1. Sponsor. Richard Shea d/b/a Best Races, 7011 Fairfax Dr, Arlington, VA 22213 ("BestRaces"). The prize is donated by the organizers of 44th Annual Reeds Lake Resolution Run (the "Race"), who do not administer this giveaway.
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of BestRaces and the Race's organizers, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible.
3. Entry period. Begins October 24, 2026 at 12:00 AM EDT and ends November 29, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST. BestRaces' server clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to enter. Submit your email address on this page and confirm your entry by clicking the link in the email we send you. Unconfirmed entries are not eligible. Limit one entry per person and per email address; entries in excess of this limit, or made through automated means, are void.
5. Email list. Entering subscribes you to the BestRaces email. You may unsubscribe at any time with one click, and unsubscribing does not affect your entry or eligibility.
6. Prize. 2 prizes, each a free entry to 44th Annual Reeds Lake Resolution Run on December 31, 2026, delivered as a registration code. Approximate retail value $35 each ($70 total). The prize covers the entry only: travel, lodging and all other costs are the winner's. Entries are subject to the Race's own terms, waiver, age and eligibility requirements, and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash. If the Race is canceled or rescheduled, the Race's own policy applies to the entry.
7. Drawing and odds. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible, confirmed entries on or about November 30, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
8. Notification. Winners will be notified by email. A winner who does not reply within 7 days, or who is found ineligible, forfeits the prize, and an alternate winner will be drawn at random.
9. Taxes. Winners are responsible for any taxes on the prize.
10. Release. By entering, you agree to these rules and release BestRaces from liability arising from participation in this giveaway or use of the prize. Participation in the Race is at your own risk under the Race's own terms.
11. Privacy. Your email is used to run this giveaway and to send the BestRaces email, as described in our privacy policy. It is never shared with the Race or anyone else: the winner receives a registration code directly from us.
12. General. BestRaces may cancel or modify this giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or anything else beyond its control affects its fairness, and may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, Facebook, or RunSignup.
13. Winners. For the first name and state of each winner, email [email protected] within 60 days of the drawing.
